Please make all your initial contacts with coach Baratti. The coaching staff will help you with your recruiting efforts by expediting transcripts, facilitating visits to your campus, and making sure applications get completed and returned. Coach Baratti can be contacted at 714-962-3301 x4022 | |

Official Visits:
|
The coaching staff requests official overnight visits be put off until after the completion of the athletes competitive season if possible. For the top athletes this may be the footlocker meet which takes place the second week end in December | |

Unofficial Visits:
|
Local schools may arrange unofficial visits with the athletes at any time that does not interfere with practice or meets. | |
|
Early signing Period:
|
If a University is interested in signing one of Fountain Valleys athletes during the early signing period we waive our request for the athlete not to take an official visit till after the competitive season. We do request that the athlete flies out Sunday, spends Monday at the University, and returns Monday night. We also request the athlete be afforded time to train at your University on Monday. | |

Talking to FVHS athletes at Meets:

We encourage University coaches to meet and talk to FV athletes at cross country meets. We do however request this is done after the race, cool down and team meeting is completed. If you make advance plans with the coach he will set aside one on one time for the University coach and FV athlete. |
